Disclaimer a.  Virtual Map, while try to ensure accurate the materials been used in The Site, it does not warrant the accuracy of the map data it used nor the accuracy of the listing content details. b. Virtual Map does not warrant that The Site is free of technical errors or programming errors or computer virus. c. Virtual Map takes no responsibility if any of The Site url is been used in mass email or spam activities. 6. Indemnity You agree to indemnity Virtual Map for any costs, damages, claims or legal actions that is due to your breach of the Terms of Conditions. 7. Payment a.  All payments are due within 7 days from the date of the invoice was issued. b. If payment is not received on time, Virtual Map reserves the rights to delete the site you have register and build.
